Terminology

What is MSRP?

MSRP means “Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price.” It is the retail price that the manufacturer suggests the dealer charge for the vehicle and is the price posted on the window sticker. However, dealers are free to sell the vehicle for any price they choose. MSRP does not reflect any manufacturer-to-consumer rebates or the tax, title, license or registration fee, and it may or may not include the destination charge.
